We are excited to welcome back Derrick and Michelle Bremer to Temple Rogers! Derrick spent several years as a member of our youth group when he was teenager. After Derrick and Michelle married, they reconnected with the church through a young-adult Christmas gathering. Through a series of inductive Bible studies with this young-adult group, Michelle was saved and Derrick recommitted his life to the Lord. He later served as a part-time student pastor here at Temple until he became the pastor of Denver Street Baptist Church in Greenwood, Arkansas, in 2020.

The Bremer’s are preparing to move to the country of France to serve as missionary church planters. They will be commissioned by the Baptist Missionary Association of America (BMA Global) in April 2026, and hope to be able to move to their new home as soon as they are able to raise their financial support.
